Cheryl Monthony-Long & Troy Long, Stella, Zeus and Myka
A native New Yorker, Cheryl grew up in the Adirondack Mountains of NYS. Her parents owned cottages and a marina on Indian Lake. She attended Penn State, graduating in 1999 with her Nursing degree. A registered nurse for 25 years, Cheryl currently works in Oncology Research. She lives with her husband Troy Long, a native Johnstown resident who graduated from Johnstown High School in 1992. Troy has worked in steel mills, as a post-secondary educator, and with the department ofdefense at Lockheed Martin and Kongsberg Defense systems. Both Troy and Cheryl felt drawn to starting a business in the pet industry as they are both passionate pet lovers. They saw a need in the community to add a service that will add quality time to busy pet families and offer a clean sanitary environment for local pet homeowners. With this service in mind, Scoopy-Dookie-Doo was born.
Scoopy-Dookie-Doo
